Estate Wars is a free 3D gang strategy game set in one shared city, played in your browser or on your phone. Your estate is a walled compound on the live map. Level up its Mansion and the buildings around it, run Apartments, Hideouts and factories on the lots outside, research upgrades, train nine types of troops. March them through the streets to raid rival bosses, take rackets that pay out every 12 hours and fight for landmarks like Meridian Tower. Expand to five estates, from Chinatown to the Freight Yard, each with its own exclusive building. Join one of five gangs and a crew of up to 50.
