Voting Policy

Last updated · June 2026

The BrowserGamesTop toplist is ranked by votes from real players. To keep the ranking fair we enforce the following rules.

How voting works

  • One vote per IP address per game per 24 hours.
  • All vote counts reset to zero on the 1st of each month, so newer games stand a fair chance.
  • Premium listings receive a monthly bonus that is documented on the Premium page.

What is not allowed

  • Automated voting (scripts, macros, headless browsers, click-farms).
  • Proxy networks, VPN rotation, or paid traffic services used to inflate vote counts.
  • Offering rewards conditional on voting through a specific account beyond what the public callback URL allows. (Owners may reward voters via the official postback callback — that is the intended pattern.)
  • Any other behaviour designed to circumvent the 24-hour cooldown.

Enforcement

Attempting to manipulate the ranking through bots, proxies or automated voting may result in:

  • Removal of fraudulent votes
  • Temporary or permanent suspension of the offending account or listing
  • Removal of the listing from the toplist entirely

Decisions are made at the sole discretion of the BrowserGamesTop team and are not subject to appeal beyond a polite explanation if requested via the contact page.
