About the service

BrowserGamesTop is a community toplist that lists online browser games and lets visitors vote for their favourites. We are not affiliated with any of the games listed on the siteunless explicitly stated. Inclusion in the toplist does not imply endorsement.

User accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure.
• One account per person. Multi-accounting to manipulate votes or rankings is prohibited.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

Game submissions

• Owners submit their game at their own responsibility. You confirm that you have the right to list the game and to use any banner image you upload.
• Listings must not contain illegal content, malware, infringing material, gambling operations targeted at minors, or sexually explicit content.
• We may edit, reject or remove any listing at our discretion — for example to fix banners, normalise tags, or remove content that violates these terms.
• You retain ownership of your content but grant BrowserGamesTop a non-exclusive licence to display it on the site.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect honest player experiences. We may remove reviews that are spam, libel, harassment, or were posted to manipulate ratings. Submitting reviews on your own listing through alt accounts is prohibited.

Premium & Featured listings

• Premium and Featured upgrades grant the features described on their respective pages for the period purchased.
• We may change features, pricing or remove perks at any time. Active subscriptions will continue under the terms in place when purchased.
• Refunds are at our discretion — contact us if there is an issue.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for the content, security, or availability of third-party games linked from the toplist. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid to us (if any) in the past 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the homepage or via the contact email on file. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
